BRANCH OPPORTUNITIES
At Realty Source, Inc., we believe in helping you grow your name brand. For agents and brokers with more than 2 additional team members (Buyer's Agents,Seller's Agents, etc.), we offer discounted commission rates for our team leaders. Team leaders will have the opportunity to set the commission splits for their office, while maintaining full support from the company. This is a opportunity to develop talented agents, build your team, and earn extra income without the hassle of high overhead, insurance, broker's license, etc.

Qualifications:
  1. Must have a Real Estate Salesperson or Brokers License.
  2. Mininum of 2 years full time real estate experience.
  3. Must have a physical ofice address, not a PO Box or a home address.
  4. Must have a minimum of 2 licensed agents on the team (In addition to a branch manager).
  5. Must be a Full-Time agent.
This concept allows the team leader to set the commission rates with each salesperson on their team and collect the additional income. Branch opportunities are a great way for brokers and agents to reduce overhead and increase their revenue.
