Can I also do loans? Yes! We have the ability to do conventional loans. We are primarily a real estate company. However, due to the recent demand of many of our agents, we are offering conventional mortgages to our clients. In an effort to keep our pricing down, we only work with a select few lenders which offer the best products to our clients. What would my NET commision be on a $10,000 commission check? We will write you a check for$9,901.00. The only fee you are required to pay is the insurance fee of $99 per transaction.
Do you have a Transaction Coordinator? YES! We have Transaction Coordinators that ONLY work for us. For compliance reasons, we ask that all agents use our coordinator.

What do you charge if I do a BPO? We give you 100% commission on your BPO orders. We believe that since you did 100% of the work you deserve 100% of the profit.
Do you hire new agents? We do hire new agents. The commission structure for new agents is a bit different. For a new agent, all of the monthly fees are increased by $50. We offer training for new agents via webinars and also in person.
How much will it cost to join? After becoming affiliated, you will only be responsible for your initial $99 set-up fee.
I am interested in joining, however you are not a member of my MLS Board. Will you join? We are members of several associations throughout California. We are open to joining new associations/MLS etc. We will split the cost of the broker portion with you. After the first year we will pay all of the fees associated with the Broker membership.
Are there any sales minimums? NO! We understand that all of our agents are hard working self motivated individuals. We DO NOT have any sales minimums or sales quotas.
Are there any weekly office meetings? NO! We feel that our agents are busy enough as it is. We do not require attendance at any weekly or monthly meetings. We do have bi-yearly meetings to discuss changes to our business and any form/law changes.
Do you have Errors and Omissions Insurance? YES!!! We are insured with an AM BEST A-Rated Insurance Carrier. You can be assured that we will always carry adequate amounts of insurance.

When I close a transaction, when will I get paid? Commission payments are paid out no longer than 24hrs after the completed file has been turned into the broker. Many of our agents are paid directly from escrow.
Do I have to be located near the corporate office? NO! We are currently licensed to conduct business throughout California and we're seeking to expand nationally. If you're a broker in another state, please visit our Branch Opportunity page. Our mode of operation allows agents to work from wherever they choose and enjoy the benefits of an increased commission split.
Do you provide office space? We have multiple branch locations in California where agents are free to use for mail, pick up/drop off, business address, faxing, copies, etc. We also have partnered with executive office centers to provide class A office space throughout the nation. Our philosophy is by minimizing overhead we are able to offer our agents MUCH HIGHER commission splits.
Are there any advertising requirements? We require that the brokerage affiliate logo be displayed on any advertisement materials our agents use while engaging in real estate activity. The Department of Real Estate also requires that ones license number is also on all "First Contact" marketing.

Can I determine what commission percentage I charge? It is up to each individual agent to determine what the appropriate commission rate is for each transaction. However, we are not a discount brokerage; we are a full service real estate company.
